What is Cook Club? I thought you’d never ask.
Many of our patients don’t have dental insurance through an employer. They are forced to either purchase an individual policy (which tend to have high premiums with low coverage amounts) or pay everything out of pocket. Cook Club was created with these people in mind. It’s a monthly subscription membership club to help budget for preventative dental care. Plus, by cutting out the insurance middleman, we are able to offer members a discount on treatment.

Joining Cook Club is easy!
You’re welcome to join this automated membership program online using the links below, or we can help you sign up at your next visit in less than two minutes. Because the program is automated, the only form of payment accepted for membership fees is a debit/ credit card, and a valid email address is required. We currently aren’t able to sign you up with cash or check. All you’ll pay is the $99 activation fee which is less than the cost of your first visit, so you’ll save money right away.
